Asian Market is Open

We have brought together Vietnamese, Korean, and Japanese to make this Pho’ king good vegetable soup. It starts with a double rich vegetable broth with the dark roots of fennel, anise and cinnamon. Then a floating custard egg studded with carrots, bean sprouts, peas, and green onions.  Match sticks of tofu, crisped wonton shells and finished with tuxedo sushi rice wrapped with nori and homemade white soy sauce.

Blue Bayou Oyster Rockefeller

Grilled Brioche bread layered with organic spinach, artichokes, and Romano cheese. Freshly shucked Gig Harbor oysters crusted in panko and our blazing Bayou spice blend then roasted to a crunchy fried like texture, crowned with a custard egg and blanked under a Pernod cream sauce. Served with fresh seasonal fruit as well as Southern sweet potato hash.

Napoleon Wild King Smoked Salmon 

Several layers of grilled white corn tortilla smeared with a tequila lime cilantro cream cheese, thin slices of tomatoes, Granny Smith apples, and wild king naturally cured salmon. Served on a green onion coulis sauce with mounds of Latin style rice and petite asparagus tips.

Bull Fighter’s Red Mole

Fresh ground natural pork seasoned with our authentic mole spice blend, then raisins, peanuts, tomatoes, and cilantro all milled together and hand formed into a patty. Next, we crown it with a custard egg and a dollop of crema Mexicano with banana, cilantro, and a touch of jalapeno pepper. Served with a nest of tortilla stripes and seasonal fresh fruit.

Caribbean Mango Dream

Imagine succulent shrimp bathing in a pool of cream infused with our Caribbean herb blend reduced down with a puree of fresh mango. Then an island of spiced black bean and rice placed in the center with a burst of spring asparagus tips.

Coral’s Chicken Raspberry Chipotle Crepes

Sweet, natural, spicy, & decadent. Our natural roast chicken marinated in raspberry, sage, garlic, and chipotle pepper sauce all wrapped into our French style crepe. Leonidas’ Big Greek Breakfast

This Grecian feast starts with homemade sausage patty with orange zest, cumin, onion, garlic, lemon juice, Greek Solutions, and Brandy. Garnished with hand rolled Dolmas (stuffed grape leaves with lemon rice) custard egg, Feta dill sauce, and fresh baked flat bread. Sometimes Leo likes it vegetarian so we can replace meat with a homemade Spanakopita too!!

Some Fun Guy (This one is vegetarian)

Starting with a Portabella mushroom clean and oven roasted with olive oil and a kiss of balsamic, then stuff to the gills with a mixture of artichoke, Romano cheese, spinach, and topped with garlic breadcrumb crumbles. Tossed back in the oven until it has been transformed into a vegetarian’s dream, served with tomato slices drizzle with olive oil and fresh cracked pepper and oven roasted potato wedges .YUM!!
