Kissing the Blarney from Earth to Sea
This dish starts with gently wilted baby organic spinach and caramelized red onion. They are melted in butter with Tellicherry pepper. Then sea scallops are seared, and allowed to swim in Jameson whiskey, cream, coffee, and spices. Finally, the scallops are finished with diced hickory smoked bacon, served with a home-style biscuit, and paella rice. It makes your tummy feeling it got the pot of gold!!

Coral’s Chicken Raspberry Chipotle Crepes
Sweet, natural, spicy, & decadent. Our natural roast chicken marinated in a raspberry, sage, garlic ,and chipotle pepper sauce all wrapped into our French style crepe. Then a Brie sauce with chardonnay and garlic is melted together and gently laced over the top, with sweet southern potato hash, and fruit.
