All sandwiches are made fresh to order. We have created a well balanced taste with layers of different flavors in every bite!! You have a choice to have sandwich or plated as a salad. When plated as a salad it does not come with bread, if desired a side of bread or croissant is an additional $2.00.

Thin slices of prosciutto on a bed of Bartlett pears with a dab of Dijon mustard; then topped with organic spring greens tossed in bleu cheese vinaigrette dressing and served on raisin walnut bread.
