All sandwiches are made fresh to order. We have created a well balanced taste with layers of different flavors in every bite!! You have a choice to have sandwich or plated as a salad. When plated as a salad it does not come with bread, if desired a side of bread is an additional $2.00.

Baby Trout in a Spanish Style

Baby Rainbow trout rubbed down in extra virgin olive oil from Morocco, and then lightly dusted in our New Orleans solutions. Oven roasted and cooked to perfection!! A cold sauce of fresh picked basil, flat parsley, oregano, anchovies, and capers, intricately placed on top, served with pecan rice, and asparagus.

Bristol Bay Salmon Cake

Wild salmon caught by Captain Charlie slow roasted and bound with red bell peppers, on ions, celery, Dijon mustard, and other spices. Served on a sweet creamy corn sauce and accompanied with our Southern style sweet potato hash.

Coral’s Chicken Raspberry Chipotle Crepes

Sweet, natural, spicy, & decadent. Our natural roast chicken marinated in a raspberry, sage, garlic, and chipotle pepper sauce all wrapped into our French style crepe. Then a Brie sauce with chardonnay and garlic is melted together and gently laced over the top, with sweet southern potato hash, and fruit.

Not You’re Mother’s Chicken Fried Steak

Fresh, lean pork loin hand cut into steaks, then dipped in egg wash, floured, and crusted in Japanese panko. Then coated in a Gorgonzola Sherry wine sauce and crowned with a custard egg.
