Pork Tenderloin Medallions with Wild Mushrooms- Fresh hand cut pork tenderloin medallions wrapped with pancetta, lightly seasoned and seared. Served on a wild mushroom cream sauce with FrenchBrandy.
Roast Alaskan Cod Loin with Cabbage - Fresh caught cod from the Bering Sea lightly seasoned and roasted to perfection!! Served on savoy cabbage braised in a light cream with thyme, white beans, and bits of Italianpancetta
Greek Grilled Eggplant Lasagna- Grilled eggplant smeared with a ricotta cheese accented with
mace, then wild mushroom duexelles and baby spinach leaves, fresh thick slices of tomatoes and all topped with garlic bread crumbs and baked golden brown. Serve on a poole of garlic tomato sauce and drizzled with a mint Greek Tzatziki and served with fresh seasonal fruit.
Mission Fig with Grand Marnier Chicken- Sweet Mission figs brought back to life in a fruity Spanish white wine. Then combined with deep dark tones of orange and refreshing fresh mint leaves all napped over a natural breast of chicken.

Apricot Pistachio Goat Cheese Triangles-Crepes stuffed with ricotta cheese, goat cheese, and brandy studded with apricots and pistachios.
Potato Leek, and Arugula Soup - A classic soup brought alive with the distinctive peppery taste of arugula. Garnished with garlic croutons.
Carpaccio of Pear with Roquefort cheese Salad - Fresh seasonal pear thinly sliced and drizzled with reduction of balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and cracked Tellicherry peppercorns. A small nest of organic greens tossed in a light vinaigrette and crumble of French Roquefort cheese.
Pumpkin Bread Pudding with Caramel Apple Sauce- Our homemade walnut bread cubed and pulled together with a pumpkin custard and baked golden brown. Then served warm on a poole of caramel apple sauce lightly spiced with ginger, clove, nutmeg, and cinnamon.

Assorted cookie plate - lemon madeleine, chocolate- dipped madeleine and petite palmiers with a cappuccino.
