Our fresh chicken breast marinated in Key lime juice and cilantro, Asian rubbed and almond chicken salad all served with a ginger sesame seed cream cheese, wasabi cream cheese and Chinese hot mustard.

Feast Italiano

Italian sliced meats of prosciutto, salami and provolone cheese. Paired up with artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, marinated olives Comes with freshly baked and toasted bread with garlic olive oil. (This tray is an additional $10.00)

Tri-Asian Shrimp Cocktail uniquely seasoned shrimp await to dip into 3 different sauces: wasabi cocktail sauce, Asian ginger sauce and creamy garlic chili sauce.                      $40.00

Spanakopita- A Greek favorite!! Light Filo dough filled with spinach, feta cheese and our own Greek Solutions. Baked golden brown and crispy!!

Chicken Sate- Taste of Thailand. Tender white meat chicken on wooden skewers. Served with our famous peanut sauce for dipping.

Crispy Asparagus with Asiago- Hand selected asparagus tips combined with a seasoned blend of sharp Asiago and a hint of creamy Fontana cheese are delicately wrapped in flaky phyllo dough.

All the above platters are $37.50 each plus tax and serve 8-12 adults.

Gorgonzola with Cognac- Perfect cheese ball made from gorgonzola, celery, pepper and infused with cognac. Lightly crusted in a parsley breadcrumb mixture.

Gourmet Cheeses Tray- assorted Cheeses from around the globe paired with our Gorgonzola Cognac ball and garnished with fruit, assorted breads and crackers.

Trays serve 8-12 adults $50.00 or 12-20 for $80.00 plus sales tax.
